CENTER HOURS
Surgical procedures and appointments are coordinated by your physicians office. The Surgical Center is open Monday through Friday 7am - 5pm.

Liliana Rodriguez Lehmann, MBA Administrator
In 2003, Liliana joined the team to successfully build and get the proper accreditations for Hallandale Outpatient Surgical Center. Mrs. Lehmann holds a Master of Business Administration from Emory University and a bachelor degree in biomedical engineering from Tulane University. During her 20 years of experience in the healthcare market, she has held several management and executive positions with Axis Management & Billing Services, Pain Consultants of Florida, Mallinckrodt, Nellcor Puritan Bennett, and SpaceLabs Medical. Mrs. Lehmann was recently named as "One of the 50 Administrators to Know in 2009" by the Becker Review.

Maday L. Ramos Business Office Manager
Maday has an extensive background in administration and management. This experience is supplemented by broad skills in customer relationship and operations. With over ten years in the healthcare industry, Mrs. Ramos has in-depth knowledge of unit operations and objectives of various departments. Maday is a certified Business Operations Manager and Human Resources Specialist.

| Lance J Lehmann, MD Medical Director
Dr Lehmann has a pain management fellowship from Harvard University and received his residency training in Anesthesiology and Critical Care at the University of Miami. Furthermore, Dr. Lehmann did an internship in Internal Medicine at Yale University, Greenwich Hospital. Dr. Lehmann is Board Certified in Pain Management by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Pain Medicine. In addition, he is Board Certified in Anesthesia by the American Board of Anesthesiology.

| Robin E. Page-Ratner, BSN, RN, LNC Nurse Manager
Mrs. Page-Ratner brings more than 20 years of OR experience to HOSC with a broad knowledge base in orthopaedics, neurosurgery, vascular, and general surgeries. Her hands-on approach and excellent leadership capabilities enables the facility to expand its clinical and surgical services.
